Ingredients

12 egg yolks
2 cups powdered sugar
1 quart heavy cream
1 quart whole milk
1 liter spiced rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Cooking time: 15 minutes, chill overnight Serving: 12 + people

To warm your spirits this holiday season, try this traditional eggnog recipe!

DIRECTIONS

Beat the yolks in a large mixing bowl until uniformly yellow, gradually add the powdered sugar, beat until the mixture thickens, beat in cream, milk and rum, vanilla and nutmeg. Chill overnight.
