Ingredients

1 large onion
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced
6 eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking time: 60 Serving: 4-6 people

Extremely easy quiche for a lethargic Sunday morning!

In a small pan, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic, cook for 2 more minutes. In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Stir in broccoli, cheese, onion/garlic mixture, and salt and pepper. Pour into a buttered 9″ pie plate.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
