Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon orange zest (I used clementines)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose UNBLEACHED flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Cooking time: 15 Serving: 12 people

These cookies are a WOW! One of my favorites!

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, add egg and orange zest. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in walnuts, cranberries and white chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheets and baking for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown along the edges.
